I have had this chipboard frame stashed in my scrappy space for about 2 years. The hearts have long been used but I saw potential with the frame and held onto it. I layered some fun papers from Echo Park Hello Summer collection under the hearts to play on the negative space created by the chipboard frame. The long title, typical of most of my layouts, is an anonymous quote I found online and it reads, "She fills my days with sunshine and my heart with love", which is a nice way to describe this daddy-daughter relationship.
In this shot, you can see the sugared surface on the chipboard frame and the coloured outlines (there was an assortment of coloured glittery hearts originally). You can also see how I layered many fun stickers from the EP Hello Summer sticker page. I created a little banner by stringing some baby beads on embroidery floss.
This shot shows some of the title work, some doodling, which I don't do often but thought I'd try, just to give it a little bit of fun personality, and this sweet heart button layered on another large flat button and placed in a heart punchout.
